3. No Liability
You agree that Remediation Hero shall not be liable for any damages or disputes arising from:
- Work performed or not performed by a third-party service provider
- Miscommunication or misrepresentation between you and a provider
- Injuries, property damage, loss of income, or business disruptions caused by provider actions
- Any other loss or claim related to the services rendered by third-party providers
We are not a party to any contract or agreement between you and a service provider.
